William J. Fielding

Mr. Fielding is an experienced bankruptcy, foreclosure prosecution, and defense litigation attorney who has vigorously litigated on behalf of both secured creditors and lenders, and defended homeowner’s rights, with 25 years experience in these fields.  Mr. Fielding graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1994 and was admitted to practice in New York in 1996 by the Appellate Division, Second Department.  He is authorized to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1997 and has appeared before the Appellate Division, Second Department, the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York and local State Supreme Courts, District Court, and Civil and Village Courts. Mr. Fielding lives in Merrick, New York, is married and they have one son, Jake.
