Mr. Goldberg graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1999. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. His areas of concentration include real estate finance, representing a wide range of banks and alternative lenders, as well as borrowers, on all aspects of transactions, including mortgage loans and construction lending. He also has extensive experience in representing several large family owned real estate funds as well as individuals and investors on all manners of real estate transactions, financing and related litigation. His extensive legal background also extends to general foreclosure law and litigation, business law as well as estate planning and administration.
