Ms. Sue graduated from New York Law School in 1996 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997. Ms. Sue’s primary area of practice is concentrated in Real Estate law. For over 20 years, she has practiced extensively in the mortgage default industry. More specifically, Ms. Sue has represented lenders in the prosecution, defense, and litigation of residential, commercial, and UCC foreclosures, from initiation of the foreclosure action to its completion, including representing REO owners in summary proceedings in Civil Court to closing on REO properties. While Ms. Sue practiced extensively in the mortgage default industry, it was by no means exclusive. Ms. Sue also represents lenders at origination and represents corporations, limited liability companies, and individuals in the financing, purchase, and sale and leasing of various types of properties. Ms. Sue has represented national lenders and mortgage servicing companies. She also represents Coop and Condo boards on real estate issues and transactions.
