Mrs. Barkhordar graduated with honors from Hofstra University School of Law in 1999, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000. Shortly thereafter, she was also admitted to the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western districts of New York. Her areas of concentration include protecting secured creditors and debtors’ rights in bankruptcy proceedings and mortgage foreclosures, appellate practice, as well as real estate litigation and matrimonial law.
With over twenty years of experience in the above fields, Mrs. Barkhordar, manages the Foreclosure team at the firm, and is in charge of all operations of the firm’s Bankruptcy Department. Mrs. Barkhordar zealously represents each client, and as a skilled brief writer and oral advocate she excels at guiding her clients through complex cases, with a high success rate.
